Latest Construction Technology Funding Rounds – 15th Jun 2026 – Contech Funding
Ten ConTech startups raised money in the week ending 15 June 2026. No acquisitions printed, no new funds closed, and two companies stepped out of stealth. Dublin’s CameraMatics led on size with a $52.9m raise, while a run of AI and trades-software rounds filled out the rest of the board. Everything below is the deal sheet, drawn from Last Week in ConTech by Bhragan Paramanantham.
The funding board this week ran long on AI and trades tooling. Ten rounds closed across inspection, risk, finance, compliance, green materials, workforce, fleet management, EV charging, and marketing. The cheques ranged from a $1.5m pre-seed up to a $52.9m raise.
Two startups came out of stealth, both in the US. On the deal side, that was the lot. No acquisitions, no new investment funds. A clean week for raises, a quiet one for exits.
We’ve kept this to the capital activity: who raised, how much, and what they build. The wider issue covers policy, infrastructure, and jobs too, but the funding board is the focus here.
Ten raises landed, two startups left stealth, and the M&A and fund columns both stayed empty.
Where the cheques landed
Ten rounds, top to bottom
CameraMatics, a Dublin startup, raised $52.9m. It builds video monitoring and driver alert systems for commercial fleet operators, with a customer base that spans construction. The platform handles digital equipment checks, asset utilization, preventive maintenance, compliance, and fuel monitoring.
InCharge Energy, out of Los Angeles, pulled in $46m. The company runs EV charging, electrical, lighting, and distributed energy projects, and acts as a system of record for warranties, service contractors, and preventive maintenance from construction through to operations.
Australia’s Earlytrade raised roughly $10m, with Brick & Mortar Ventures in the round. Its early payment platform lets contractors put idle working capital to work while giving subcontractors faster access to payment.
Dalton Mills, a US startup, raised $9.2m. It’s building an AI operating system for home service businesses across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other trades, letting operators create and adjust their own software in plain language.
Artis, an Austin company, raised $7.3m in seed funding. It runs marketing and brand strategy, including social media, websites, and AI search presence, for residential architects, interior designers, and custom home builders.
Boston’s Enlaye closed $5m in seed funding for an AI-native risk platform that helps builders, owners, insurers, and developers spot and reduce risk across the project lifecycle.
Skillmaker.ai, based in North Carolina, raised $4.5m in seed funding. Its platform pairs automated knowledge capture with extended reality, using VR headsets and smart glasses so trades workers can follow training while working on the hardware in front of them.
Structured AI, a New York startup, raised $4.2m in seed funding. It automates QA and QC with an optical recognition tool that runs compliance checks across a full drawing set and suggests fixes.
Foamlab, a Dutch startup, raised €3m. It makes high-performance foams from bacterial cellulose, lightweight, durable, and compostable, with uses that include insulation.
And ConeLabs, a Canadian startup, raised $1.5m in pre-seed funding. Its inspection platform turns field imagery into inspection-grade 3D models, flags defects automatically, and generates reports.

Two new names
Two startups came out of stealth this week, both in the US. Piper AI, based in San Francisco, is building an end-to-end platform for construction pursuit and preconstruction teams. It ingests bid packages, surfaces risks and gaps, and helps teams decide what to bid, how to price it, and why.
The second is American Terraforming Corporation, a US startup building next-generation heavy equipment designed for what it calls an era of physical AI.
No M&A, no new funds
A quiet week for exits
On the deal side, that’s where it ended. No acquisitions printed and no new investment funds closed in the week ending 15 June 2026. The wider issue tracked 13 policy and regulatory changes and 9 national infrastructure projects and priorities, plus 6 news items, but on capital activity the funding board carried the week.
